To submit your Activity Tracking Report please follow these simple instructions:

1. Enter the Institution Name and the Project Lead Email exactly how you entered it on the Registration Form. Click “Submit.”
2. You will then be directed to the ATR Submission Form. Follow the instructions provided on the form. Once you have entered your information for the period, click “Submit.”
3. You’ve completed your first Activity Tracking Report!
4. Please remember to submit your data for each reporting period access. You may access the report form at any time by logging in from the Activity Tracking Report page on LetsCanHunger.com.
